• Returns/Exchanges: You can return or exchange unworn engagement and wedding rings within 14 days of delivery, provided you collected or took delivery within 10 days of the ring being ready.

Bespoke Designs

• For bespoke items, a £150 fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return the item. If your bespoke item isn’t eligible for a full refund, your consultant will notify you before you place your order.
